Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
5 medium apples, peeled and diced
powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, lightly beat egg, milk and oil.
Add to dry mixture.
Stir until smooth.
Fold in apples.
Pour batter by 1/2 cup full onto a lightly greased griddle and spread to form 1/2-inch circle.
Turn when bubbly.
