Carrot Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. raisins (golden preferred)
    2 Tbsp. honey
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine together.
    Toss well just prior to serving.
    Chill for several hours prior.
