Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 cups sliced, peeled cooking apples, pears or peaches
    1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 cup vanilla ice milk
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Place the apples or other fruit in a
    9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over fruit.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Cover; bake in a 375 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
    Meanwhile, stir together the oats, flour, brown sugar, margarine, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over partially cooked fruit mixture.
    Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes more or until fruit is tender.
    Serve warm with ice milk.
    Makes 4 servings.
