Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
onions or onion flakes
1 c. cream
9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation
-
Brown sausage; drain.
Combine with other ingredients and pour into shell.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes.
