Squash Relish(10 Pints) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 to 15 yellow squash
    4 medium onions
    2 green peppers
    3 Tbsp. canning salt
    2 c. vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 red pepper, chopped
    10 hot peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put in jars.
    Process in hot water bath 20 minutes.
