Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 small jar pimentos, drained and chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Transfer to large baking dish (2 x 9 x 13-inch).
Top with Topping.
