King'S Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
    1 c. diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
    1 c. diced onion
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with chilies, drained
    1/2 to 1 tsp. red chili powder
    salt
    black pepper
    2 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can full of milk or cream
    10 to 15 flour or corn tortillas
