Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams (with their water)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. bread crumbs
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute clams with water and lemon juice for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Saute butter, green pepper, onion, garlic, cayenne, oregano and parsley for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add bread crumbs.
Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Serve with crackers.
