Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    red food coloring
    4 c. rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and oleo together.
    Put half of the mixture in a 9-inch square pan.
    Add cut up rhubarb on top. Bring water, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla and food coloring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
    Pour on top of rhubarb, then put the rest of oatmeal mixture on top of that and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
