Cold Cherry Soup(Hideg Meggyleves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 or 21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (sweetened or \"un\")
    20 whole cloves
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. light cream or half and half
    1 can water
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
    3 slices lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. sugar (if pie filling is unsweetened)
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, mix pie filling and water.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except cream, and stir well.
    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Cool to room temperature and add cream.
    Stir and refrigerate.
    Serve cold.
    Serves 6.
