Oil Vinegar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. water
    1/3 tsp. hot pepper seed
    1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. fennel or 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint (your choice)
    salt and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a glass jar.
    Seal lid tightly until oil and vinegar are well mixed, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let sauce stand several hours.
    Shake well a few minutes before using.
