Almond Peach Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. slivered almonds
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Drain peaches and place liquid in saucepan; stir in cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in extract, almonds and peaches.
Heat through; serve warm over ice cream.
