Khrusciki (Bow Ties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    4 tsp. sugar
    4 tsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. brandy
    1 c. sifted flour
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks well; add other ingredients.
    Roll dough paper thin; cut in strips, about 2 x 3-inch slit down center towards one end and tuck one end into the slit.
    Fry in deep fat until slightly golden brown.
    Drain and cover with confectioners sugar.
