Sour Cream Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pureed pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sour cream, plain yogurt or combination
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
dash of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 prebaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs with brown sugar until thoroughly blended.
Mix in pumpkin, sour cream or yogurt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper and salt until batter is smooth.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, until custard is barely set in middle.
Cool at least one hour on wire rack before serving.
Makes about 8 servings.
