German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Oil
4 c. Apples (diced)
2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 c. Nuts (chopped)
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
-
Combine oil and sugar; add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients; add to wet mixture; add nuts, apples and vanilla.
Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
