Stuffed Hot Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. large mushrooms
1 lb. regular sausage
cayenne pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and drain off fat.
Add a little cayenne pepper. Stir in grated cheese.
Place mushrooms on buttered pan.
Salt lightly.
Stuff with sausage mixture and bake for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
