White Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening (no butter)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix and then spread mixture in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Poke holes in batter about 2 inches apart.
Put small dabs of margarine in holes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 35 minutes.
