Sunday Dinner Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds baby carrots or medium carrots, quartered
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place carrots in ungreased 9-inch baking dish.
    Add water; dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
    Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
    Yields:
    8-10 servings.
