Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pre-roasted pecans
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Bake in greased pan for 25 minutes in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven.
    Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
    These are good.
    I usually double this recipe.
