Low-Fat Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes long grain and wild rice
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can chicken broth
2 (8 oz.) cans chopped mushrooms
2 (8 oz.) cans chestnuts
2 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
1 c. low-fat croutons, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash salt-free spicy seasoning
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed.
Add cooked broccoli, mushrooms, chestnuts and broth.
Mix all together.
Add seasoning and cheese. Spoon in casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Top with crushed croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Contains 1 gm fat per serving.
