Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Mix wet ingredients together in a smaller bowl.
    Stir liquid mixture into the dry mixture.
    Turn into a 9 to 10-inch heavy skillet that has been preheated and greased with drippings.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
