Spicy Pumpkin Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat eggs in a large mixer bowl.
Add pumpkin, sugars and oil. Beat well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat well until well blended.
Spread into a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool and frost.
