German Potato Salad(Serves 25 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    3/4 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. onions, chopped small
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins until soft.
    Peel and slice (not diced) into large container.
    Cut bacon in pieces and fry until crisp. Keep drippings to use later.
