Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 stick oleo
    1 roll crackers (crushed)
    salt and pepper
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut
    chicken into serving pieces. Melt margarine
    roll chicken in oleo, then in cracker crumbs and flour. Place in baking dish (greased and skin side up). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. If not tender. reduce heat to 200 and cook 10 minutes longer. Do not cover chicken and do not turn chicken.
