Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    9 large potatoes, peeled, cooked, cool and dice large
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut up
    3 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk. Cook and stir until thick.
    Mix sauce with diced potatoes.
    Turn into a greased 12 x 18-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cut up cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
