Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small green pepper, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Cook meatballs in skillet; remove and drain fat from skillet. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet.
    Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat and add meatballs.
    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
    Stir in green pepper.
    Cover. Simmer until crisp and tender, 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
