Carmen'S Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Brown meat; drain fat.
Put in crock-pot in order given. Stir, cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours.
