Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1 lb. sausage
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 lb. mushrooms
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. whipping cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. white shredded cheese
Preparation
    Use a glass 9-inch pie dish.
    Form crust into dish.
    Brown loose sausage with chopped onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Drain grease well.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese.
    Add sausage mixture.
    Pour into pie dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with home fries.
