Ribbon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can fruit cocktail
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 pkg. lime gelatin
Preparation

Drain juice from fruit cocktail.
Add enough water to make 5 cups of liquid.
Heat 3 1/2 cups of liquid to boiling.
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in the liquid.
Chill and add half of the fruit cocktail.
Congeal.
Cream the cheese until it is soft.
Heat 1 1/2 cups of liquid to boiling.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in it and chill.
Blend this mixture slowly with the cream cheese.
Add nuts.
Pour on top of first congealed mixture and put in refrigerator until entire mixture is congealed.
