Cooked Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add milk, mustard and vinegar.
    In microwave-safe bowl, bring to boil.
    Add butter.
    Cook on High 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds to 1 minute or longer, until a thick, creamy consistency.
    Pour over potato salad and cool.
