Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white hominy, drained
    2 cans yellow hominy, drained
    1 small can chili peppers, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    I like it hot, so I use the Monterey Jack with jalapenos.
