Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 smoked ham half (shank and best, about 6 to 8 lb.)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
Preparation

Place ham, cut side down, on a rack or bed of crumbled foil in large pan.
Do not cover.
Place in a 325\u00b0 oven and bake according to the following guide.
