Beef Tips And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large onion, sliced in rings
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place onion rings in baking dish.
    Cover with beef tips.
    Mix soups and pour over beef.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
    Serves 8.
