Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sour milk
1 c. mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; beat in eggs until fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Combine mashed banana, sour milk and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients alternately with the wet into the creamed mixture.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
