Crab Apple Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. crab apples
1 1/2 gal. water
3 c. sugar

Preparation

Wash and cut ends off crab apples.
Cover with water and boil until tender.
Pour juice through strainer into other container to make clear jelly.
