Salsa Zarren - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Italian plum tomatoes
    1 small onion
    12 tsp. garlic
    fresh parsley
    basil
    oregano
    Tabasco sauce
    jalapeno sauce (Trappey's)
    seasoned salt (Lawry's)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes and onions; make sure to keep the juices.
    Place in bowl with snap on lid.
    Add ingredients to taste and shake bowl vigorously to mix.
    Taste is best if allowed to sit overnight in refrigerator.
