Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. sugar
    2 qt. whole milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bring milk, rice, sugar and vanilla to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. After you take it off the stove, mix 2 eggs and add to pudding. Mix thoroughly. Put in a rectangular pan. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Refrigerate.
