Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar + 1 Tbsp.
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 c. fresh peeled and sliced peaches
Preparation
    Melt butter in 8 x 4 x 4-inch pan.
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add milk and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Mix together.
    Add to melted butter in the pan.
    Do not stir.
    Add 3/4 cup sugar to fresh fruit; pour over mixture in the pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown (about 1 hour).
