Apple Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped up apples
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add rest of dough ingredients.
Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
Batter will be thick.
Pour in greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
