Eye Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. eye round roast
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground oregano

Preparation

Rub eye round roast with cooking oil and coat with spice mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound.
