Candied Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Preparation
-
Cook carrots and onions until tender, not mushy, still firm. Blend margarine, cornstarch, V-8 juice, water and marmalade.
Cook until thick.
Mix with carrots and onions.
