Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread, crusts cut off and rolled out flat
    8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar.
    Spread on the bread.
    Roll the bread up in a diamond (from corner to corner).
    Melt 1/4 pound butter and brush on rollups.
    Sprinkle with good amount of cinnamon.
    Lay out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
