Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage, at room temperature
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix and work real good into a soft dough.
    Pinch off dough to make a ball about the size of a hickory nut.
    Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
    (These keep good when cooked and frozen.)
