Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs, separated (use whites to make meringue)
1/2 c. lemon juice
Nilla wafers
Preparation

Combine Eagle Brand milk and egg yolks.
Slowly add lemon juice and beat well.
Place layer of Nilla wafers in pie pan and pour mixture over wafers.
Make meringue, using sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla.
Brown meringue and cool before refrigerating.
