Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can beef consomme
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet.
    Add onions, garlic and mushrooms.
    Saute until onions are golden brown.
    Put in crock-pot with next 4 ingredients.
    Stir, cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on slow (high, 3 hours).
    Mix sour cream with flour and stir in 1 hour before serving.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
