Sugarless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
4 oz. egg product
1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 (12 oz.) can light evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. half and half
Preparation

Prepare pie shell.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat egg product lightly in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
