Salmon Croquettes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    all-purpose flour
    hot cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Flake salmon with fork. Add remaining ingredients, except for flour and oil.
    Blend well and shape mixture in balls.
    Coat with flour.
    Pan fry in hot oil or until golden brown.
    Turn only once.
    Makes 6 servings.
