Johnnie Mazetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Healthy Choice ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar light spaghetti sauce
1 (12 oz.) no yolk noodles
light Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Drain and rinse with hot water.
Let drain completely.
Mix with spaghetti sauce.
Add spices, mushrooms, onion, etc. as desired.
Simmer.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
In oblong casserole dish, layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of spaghetti sauce and thinly sliced cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese melts a little, approximately 30 minutes.
