Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 20 oz. cans chunk pineapple, drain, reserving 6 to 10 Tbsp. of juice.
    2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 cup sugar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and 6 to 10 Tbsp. juice. Add pineapple. Pour into greased pan. Spread crackers on top. Melt butter and pour over top mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
