Oven Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Heat oven at 350\u00b0.
Cut steak into 10 equal portions.
Pour oil in skillet.
Brown each piece of steak on each side.
Transfer to roasting pan.
Add onions to oil in skillet and brown slightly. Add rest of ingredients to make a barbecue sauce and simmer in skillet 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over steaks.
Cover and bake 2 hours.
